You can read the article here. It looks as if it’s worth the read. I just scanned it.
One of these days I hope to find the time and will to read David Nasaw’s biography of Carnegie as it’s considered the best of the lot. Having just completed the The Guerrilla Startup Guide my mind is focused on business models these.
