  • Architectural, engineering, and related services: 11.40 percent
  • Foundation, structure, and building exterior contractors: 11.37 percent
  • Building finishing contractors who make additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs: 11.32 percent
  • General freight trucking: 10.41 percent

  • I considered janitorial services as I was a regional VP for a large janitorial services company.

    Bob Norton of GCA Services did what I would do.

    He started in 2003—he built the company up to $7 or $800 million in annual sales in 10 years than sold it. Nice.

    That industry is ripe for roll ups.
